He is having over 12 years of work  experience in providing risk advisory services to large financial services groups in India & overseas. During these ten years of work experience he has worked with big consulting firms like KPMG, Deloitte and GT. During his stint, he has handled Internal Audits, Concurrent Audits, Compliance Reviews, Management Audits, Documentation of Business Processes and Support Functions, Designing & Implementation of Internal Financial Controls, Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk Management and Thematic Reviews across leading Banks , NBFCs and HFCs.

Praveen has over 10 years of experience in advising clients across a range of industries. Her core experience has been in the area of auditing & assurance, compliance management, advising foreign clients about their entry strategies, accounting, outsourcing and book keeping. She has previously worked with ASA & Associates, a leading consulting firm in India. She is currently associated with big consulting firms like Grant Thornton and leading the outsourcing engagements for the firm. She has managed multiple Statutory Audits, business advisory, Compliance reviews, accounting engagements for mid & large corporate. Few names are Samsung, Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation, Nitto Denko Corp, Sankei Giken, Tayo Membrane, Bharti Educational Society, Hitachi, Bank of Tokyo and so on
